If items are not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order to let you know.
PAYMENT
When we receive your order we will invoice you for the total amount including postage costs. We can invoice you by mail or by email if you prefer. Cheques should be made payable to Tincups.
However, if you would like to buy online now, rather than talking to us and sending a cheque, you can do it through our pages at:

DELIVERY
We will send out your items by Royal Mail standard service within three working days of receiving payment from you. If we have invoiced you by email previously we will send a hard copy invoice with the delivery.
Please allow 7–10 days for your order to arrive.
POSTAGE
We will add to your order the cost of postage. We charge by weight of delivery up to a maximum of £4.95 per order. Postage costs are:
- £3.85 for orders weighing up to 1.5kg (small package)
- £4.95 for orders over 1.5kg (large package)
It may help you to know that twelve 6cm cups or six 8cm cups would be a small package.
PACKAGING
We do not make a separate charge for packaging. We do, however, try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and will reuse packaging wherever we can – so please don’t be offended if your parcel arrives looking a little tired on the outside!
RETURNS
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back, no later than 14 days* after the date on which we originally despatched them, for an exchange or full refund to:

Please complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned items. We are not responsible for return postage unless the item or items returned are faulty, in which case we will reimburse you standard postage costs after we receive the returned goods.
Please retain proof of posting when you send us returns. Without it we will not be responsible for any items which do not reach us. You remain responsible for all returned goods until they arrive at the address above.
